To cancel or reschedule please contact admin@certifiedcareerinstitute.com 48 hours before scheduled exam. students are allowed to reschedule one time, after that full price will be charged for exam $75. Students who fail the Mock exam after second attempt will have to Retake Collections course again in order to sit for live exam and be certified under Dot Rule 49 CFR Part 40 Section 40.33.
